Office Assistant


 

We are seeking local persons to work full time to start to handle a project involving compiling billing information and clients information onto a spreadsheet for a busy Chief Executive. It is likely this will turn into more hours quickly with the candidate possessing billing and accounts receivable skills. Interacting with accounts and other staff would be key. You would work with staff to create new accounts and being a point person. There would be training and, ultimately, you would work from your own home.

We are looking for individuals that are self-motivated and team oriented with the ability to work independently and can interact with the customer.
The candidate should possess the following skill sets:

Answer Phones and Direct Calls to the Appropriate People
Light Clerical Office Duties (Collections, Filling, Scanning)
Basic computer skills and knowledge of the Fire protection Field a Plus.
Must be able to complete weekly required documentation (Time Sheets, Weekly Work Sheets, etc.)
Must have a valid & acceptable driver's license

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.10 - $21.80 per hour
