Beckley West Virginia VAMC
, situated in the mountains of Southern West Virginia is looking for a dynamic
board certified or board eligible
psychiatrist for a Tele-medicine position. As an employee of the Veterans Health Administration (VHA), you can give back to your community, state, and country by making a difference in the lives of those who have defended our freedom.
The psychiatrist will provide Tele-medicine services for an outpatient mental health clinic which encompasses general psychiatry, substance abuse and PTSD counseling. The psychiatrist will see on average 8 to 15 patients per day, office hours are 8a to 430p, Monday through Friday. Call requirement is 25% of the time and will consist of telephone consultation.
