Camden Clark Medical Center in Parkersburg, WV is seeking a motivated, BC/BE Psychiatrist for! a flexible opportunity to join a thriving and successful practice. The new physician will be employed through the hospital providing care to adults in a practice structure consisting of roughly 60% inpatient and 40% outpatient. This is a great opportunity for personal and professional growth working with a diverse patient population, other psychiatrist as well as clinical staff and administration. The qualified candidate will receive:

Inpatient Program : Camden Clark Medical Center’s (CCMC) 19 bed BHU unit is consistently ranked among the top 4 programs in the nation among the Horizon System. Camden Clark admits approximately 640 patients with an average dail! y census of 16, making it one of the busiest units in the regi! on. There is a full complement of support staff including a full time nurse practitioner to provide assistance in the care of new management, history and physicals and discharge summaries. CCMC also has a psychiatry screening process initiated through the emergency department. CCMC has its own internal medicine residency program that enables for teaching opportunities for those interested.
Outpatient Program : Westbrook Health Services is a community health center serving 8 counties in West Virginia. Westbrook provides comprehensive support for mental health, addiction, developmental disabilities as well as crisis services. They also have a 30 day amity detox and treatment center to compliment their line of care to the community. With a full support staff including psychiatrists, physicians, nurses, psychologists, addiction and professional counselors as well as social workers, Westbrook is able to service over 6,000 patients annually.
