For complete informations about this occupation opportunity kindly see the descriptions. CHILD/PEDIATRIC PSYCHOLOGIST: The Department of Behavioral Medicine and Psychiatry at the Robert C. Byrd Health Sciences Center of West Virginia University is seeking ! to hire a faculty member in child/pediatric psychology.
The position will be at the Assistant Professor rank in the clinical track. Applicants with clinical interest and expertise in the areas of CBT based treatment for childhood and adolescent anxiety and mood disorders are encouraged to apply. Experience with DBT for adolescents will be viewed favorably. In addition to clinical work, the successful candidate will have a role in the Department's ACGME accredited child psychiatry fellowship teaching CBT and supervising CBT cases. Experience in teaching research design and statistical analysis for the fellowship, as well as supervising research projects is desired. The faculty member would also have the opportunity to participate in the Department's APA-accredited psychology internship program. Applicants must possess a doctorate from APA/CPA-accredited graduate and internship programs and be eligible for immediate licensure in West Virginia.
