We are hiring a remote work from home customer service representative to manage customer queries and complaints. You will also be asked to process orders, modifications, and escalate complaints across a number of communication channels. To do well in this role you need to be able to remain calm when customers are frustrated and have experience working with computers.
Main Duties:
Effectively manage large amounts of incoming calls, emails, and text messages
Answers customer calls

Provides customers with order details, order status, part number availability lookup, and service informationHandles customer's inquiries
Manages and resolves customer complaints
Researches required information using available resources
Completes transactions and processes orders
Routes call to appropriate resources if needed
Documents all call information according to standard operating procedures
Requirements
Previous experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field
Excellent at communicating over the phone and other communication platforms
Basic computer skills and experience
