Sean Loughnanes is looking for a Warehouse Operator to join it's team on Night Shift.
The Warehouse Operative’s role is to organise, manage and accurately record all stock that comes into and out of the Warehouse . This position requires accuracy, attention to detail and ensuring that all stock is recorded correctly on the system.
Duties and Responsibilities
· Accurately GRN all deliveries of stock on the system. Ensure all deliveries are taken in in a timely manner and ensure all stocks taken in are of a high quality.
· Ensure all deliveries are put away in the warehouse in an organised and timely manner.
· Daily spot checks on stock levels in the warehouse to ensure all stock quantities are accurate.
· Ensure all stock is issued to Production as required and the issues are recorded correctly on the system.
· Ensure all transfers between warehouses are recorded correctly. Organising dry ingredients and packaging to be sent to the factory.
· Co – ordinate and participate in all daily, weekly and monthly stocktakes.
· Constantly review stock levels and warn of any low stock levels.
· Any other ad hoc tasks your supervisor requests.
