Provides therapeutic services commensurate with education/license to an assigned caseload. Provides assessment and service planning for all residential clients, culminating in Initial Plan of Care, Integrated Summary, and Master Treatment Plan.< /p>
Administers TCM assessment for all clients in residential programs for mental health assessment by a non-physician.
Develops/writes Integrated Summary of Assessment for all clients in residential programs.
Develops/writes Initial Plan of Care and Master Treatment Plans for all clients in residential programs.
When warranted, provides information/recommendations regarding residential clients to contracted psychiatrist.
For assigned caseload participates in assessment, service planning, and service plan evaluation.
For assigned caseload provides therapeutic services commensurate with education and licensure.
Documents service delivery, meeting deadlines and requirements of regulatory agencies and ASO.
Effectively manages caseload and service prescriptions.
Assumes on call responsibilities.
Masters Degree in Human Services field (defined by Medicaid) from accredited college or university; preferred two years experience with targeted population.
Licensure or eligible for licensure in the person’s field of expertise and valid driver’s license.

Salary: $32,635.00 to $52,770.00 /year
