Job Summary: Log and distribute packages received at Resident Services Office to residents and provide administrative support.
PRIMARY JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Responsible for receiving and logging packages received from UPS, Fedex, etc.
- Responsible for delivering packages to residents on a daily basis and following up on any packages that have not been picked up within a specified window of time
- Assist Resident Life Managers with answering phones and greeting residents as needed
- Answers questions related to the availability of packages.
- Moves packages into storage area and maintains the area organized for ease of search for packages.
- Provide a wide range of administrative and support services to the office staff and the property manager as needed

REQUIREMENTS
- Great with people — warm, friendly and helpful in person and on the phone
- Be extremely organized and have the ability to multi-task.
- Be able to solve problems effectively
- Must be able to communicate effectively both orally and in writing and be able to follow instructions in both
- Ability to work weekend and holiday hours as needed
- High school diploma or GED required, 3-6 months customer service experience.
- Experience in mail room or customer service environment a plus
- Experience with entering data into a management system. Internet Explorer and MS Office programs.
Salary Range: $17.00-$19.00 per hour, DOE.
