Looking to hire experienced Male Admin staff with minimum 1-2 yr experience
Work Location: Qatar - DOHA
Duties and Responsibilities:
Attend incoming calls and assign/re-route to concerned departments.
Respond to clients/inquiries in a timely manner.
Reply to emails/chats/whatsapp messages etc.
Prepare and monitor documents as advised by superior.
Coordinate with different departments and provide assistance to colleagues when required.
Basic book keeping and accounting .
Skills and Requirements:
Good communication skill and management skills
Basic accounting knowledge is required
