Job Description: As a Shipping and Packing Associate, you will be responsible for packaging, shipping, and receiving products. You will work closely with our sales and fulfillment teams to ensure that all orders are processed and shipped out accurately and on time.
Key Responsibilities:
- Package products in accordance with our packaging guidelines to ensure safe and secure delivery to customers
- Receive incoming shipments and verify the contents of the packages
- Accurately process outgoing orders using our shipping software
- Coordinate with carriers to schedule pickups and deliveries
- Maintain a clean and organized shipping and receiving area
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
Requirements:
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Familiarity with shipping software and basic computer skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Availability to work flexible hours as needed
