Description: U.S. Army Medicine Civilian Corps is at present recruited Physician (Psychiatry) right now, this vacancy will be placed in Maryland. Detailed specification about this vacancy opportunity please give attention to these descriptions. Serves as a Board-certified Psychiatrist with full range of cases in the Behavioral Health Care line. Evaluates and renders treatment to patients who have been referred. Responsibilities include supervision of critically ill patients and provisions for emergency treatment. Utilizes all treatment modalities to include groups, individual psychotherapy, family therapy, pharmacotherapy, community and liaison therapy. Diagnoses and treats mental disorders listed and described in the DSM IV. Performs Medical Board and TDRL examinations. ! Maintains records of intake evaluations and follow-up progress! notes. Serves as an on-call psychiatrist. Performs inpatient rounds within 24 hrs of admissions. Completes H&P, progress notes and discharge summaries.
Qualifications:
US Citizen
Board Certified if more than 1 yr experience.
