It Takes A Family(ITAF), a dynamic social service organization is seeking a hard working individual to function in a demanding Clinical Site Supervisor position at its Bridgeton Location. This position requires extreme attention to detail, the ability to multitask as well as excellent networking ability. ITAF is a State licensed Outpatient mental health facility with locations in Cinnaminson, Bridgeton, Galloway and East Orange NJ. We employ an amalgamation of behavioral interventions as well as pharmacological treatment in order to encourage wellness sound mental health NJ.
Duties include:
- Carries an average caseload of therapy for in community clients
- Monitors programs and services in order to ensure that desired changes are effected, objectives are achieved, and program changes are maintained and outcomes are documented.
- Responsible for ensuring that high quality patient care is given and that there is economical and efficient performance.
- Leads and directs and supervises administrative as well as clinic staff.
- Monitors patient volumes, quality of care, and performance of staff to identify areas for improvement
- Site Supervisor will manage the day-to-day operations of an outpatient clinic
- Eva! luates programs and services for compliance with accreditation and/or certification standards; coordinates and/or assists in activities regarding the development and implementation of plans and time frames for correcting deficiencies involving these standards.
- Assists in the development and maintenance of policies and procedures, operational guidelines, and contractual agreements relating to compliance standards.
- Consults with and serves as a community liaison for providers and individuals regarding program development and operations.
- Serves on committees and boards of review, and maintains records of meetings and other facility activities for documentation purposes.
- Exercises considerable independent judgment and initiative in the performance of duties; receives general administrative direction from the Director of operations(Chief Operation Officer).
- Provide brief counseling or psychotherapy using evidence-based techniques such as b! ehavioral activation, motivational interviewing, or other relevant skil! ls.
- Provide or facilitate in-clinic or outside referrals to evidence-based psychosocial treatments (e.g, CBT, IPT, PST) as clinically indicated.
- Conduct regularly scheduled (usually weekly) caseload consultation with the consulting team psychiatrist and communicate resulting treatment recommendations to the patient’s PCP. These consultations will primarily focus on patients who are new to treatment or who are not improving as expected.
Qualifications:
- Masters in Clinical Psychology/Masters in Social Work,
- LCSW/LPC REQUIRED.
- At least two years of Management of Supervisory experience.
- Working Vehicle and Drivers License
- Knowledge of computers
Salary ranges between mid 50's to 60.
